Steam Accounts Are To Be used By Developers As Access passes, But Clearly Ubisoft And others Are Not With The program An Lying To Steam They Will Allow Access To Games Via Thier Steam Accounts. Steam is Not only A Store But A Account System So Players Dont have To Make A Account For Ever Stupid Delopers Website. Its Some Bull shhitile Game Devlopers Are Doing To Wreak Steam. Because if You Could Read i Was Fully Able To Play The game When i Bought it. Steam is just a store, and useless DRM layer for Ubisoft games.
